➊ Install the “ADT Caps Mobile Access Card” app

• Who gets issued a card: It is issued based on the name and phone number you provided when applying for Office or Workation.

• Important: Carrier-based identity verification is required, so please use a phone registered under the applicant’s name.

• How to install: Install the app according to your device type (iPhone/Android).

➋ How to issue and use the mobile card (entry is available only via the mobile app)

• After installing the app, open it and allow all required permissions. [Bluetooth and Location permissions are required] * On Android (Galaxy), please also enable NFC.
• Tap the issue button, complete identity verification, and when the blue “Issue Card” button appears, you’re ready to use it.
• Bluetooth must be turned on.
  • (iPhone) Stand a short distance from the door controller and press the button > Door opens
  • (Galaxy/Android) With the screen on, place the back of the phone near the controller > Door opens
